Privacy policy
Last updated October 10, 2026
This policy explains what personal information Coding Loading ("we", "us") collects through codingloading.com, why we collect it, who helps us process it and the choices you have. If you have a question, emailcontact@codingloading.com.
What we collect
When you send a project brief
The contact form asks for your name, email address and company, and optionally your website, the services you're interested in, your business stage, your timeline and your project details. We receive these by email.
When you take the website quiz
Your quiz answers stay in your browser to build your recommendation. If you choose to email yourself the result, we also receive your name, email address, your answers and the recommendation.
When you use the chat
The chat window is provided by Tawk.to and only loads if you accept cookies. Messages you send, and the name or email you give, are stored by Tawk.to so we can reply. Tawk.to also records technical details such as your browser and approximate location.
When you browse
If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, how you arrived, device and browser type, approximate location, and events such as sending a form. Google Analytics uses cookies or similar identifiers to do this. If you decline, Google Analytics does not load.
Technical information
Our host keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses. Our form handler also uses your IP address briefly to limit repeated submissions and stop spam.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry or quiz result and discuss your project.
- To send you a copy of what you submitted.
- To provide the services you hire us for, under a separate written agreement.
- To understand and improve the website.
- To keep the site and its forms secure and free of spam.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiles. We only send marketing emails if you ask to receive them, and every one includes a way to unsubscribe.
Who helps us
We share personal information only with the services that run this website and our business:
- Hostinger, which hosts the website and our email.
- Google, for Google Analytics.
- Tawk.to, for the chat window.
These providers process information on our behalf and under their own privacy terms. Some of them store information outside the country where you live, including in the United States. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Cookies
When you first visit, a small bar asks whether you accept cookies. Until you choose, and if you decline, the site loads no analytics or chat and sets no cookies for them. Your choice is saved in your browser so we don't ask on every page.
- If you accept: Google Analytics sets cookies (named starting with
_ga) to count visits, and Tawk.to sets cookies so the chat can keep your conversation. We use Google Consent Mode, with analytics storage granted and advertising storage denied: we run no ads and use no advertising cookies. - If you decline: neither service loads. The site works fully, apart from the chat window.
You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings, also in the footer of every page. Declining after accepting removes the Google Analytics cookies we can reach. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails and quiz results for as long as we need them to reply and, if you become a client, for the length of our working relationship and the record-keeping the law requires. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics retention settings. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop using it, by emailingcontact@codingloading.com. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights:
- United States: residents of states with consumer privacy laws, including New Jersey and California, can ask to access, correct or delete their data and to opt out of its sale or use for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information.
- Australia: you can ask to access and correct your information under the Australian Privacy Principles. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
- European Union and United Kingdom: you have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection, and can complain to your local data protection authority.
We will not treat you differently for using any of these rights.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, so what you type into its forms is encrypted in transit. Email credentials are kept outside the public website. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, but we take care to protect yours.
Children
This website is for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
