Using this website

You may browse the site, read its guides and use its forms and quiz for your own business purposes. Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, overload it, send spam through its forms or copy it in bulk.

Project work

Nothing on this website is an offer to supply services on fixed terms. Every project is agreed in a written proposal or agreement that sets out the scope, price, payment schedule, timeline, revisions and what happens if the project is paused or cancelled. The deposit and refund policies below apply to every project. If an agreement and these terms differ on anything else, the agreement applies to that project.

Deposit

A deposit of 50% of the agreed project price is required before work starts. Work is scheduled once the deposit has been received. The rest of the price is paid as set out in your project agreement.

Refunds

We do not give refunds for a change of mind. If something we deliver does not match what was agreed, tell us and we will put it right as set out in your project agreement. This does not affect any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded, including the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

Forms, quiz and chat

Please give accurate information when you contact us. The website quiz gives a general recommendation from your answers; it is a starting point for a conversation, not professional advice for your specific situation. How we handle what you send is explained in our privacy policy.

Guides and other content

Our articles and guides are general information. We work to keep them accurate and current, but laws, platforms and prices change, so check anything important before relying on it, and ask a qualified adviser about legal, tax or financial questions.

Our work and portfolio

The design, text, code and graphics of this website belong to Coding Loading unless stated otherwise. Projects in our portfolio are shown with our clients' permission, and their names, logos and content belong to those clients. Please don't reuse them without permission.

Links to other websites

We link to client sites and other resources for your convenience. We don't control those websites and aren't responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

No guarantees

We work to keep the site available and correct, but it is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available, error-free or suited to a particular purpose.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, Coding Loading is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

Communication

We only communicate through email addresses ending in @codingloading.com and through this website. If someone claims to represent us from another address, please check with us at contact@codingloading.com.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
