The terms governing your use of the Coding Loading website and services.
The number of revisions included in your engagement is defined in your project agreement. Revisions are subject to the original design brief and scope. Changes outside the original scope may require a revised quote. Standard revision turnaround time is 48 business hours.
Refund eligibility is determined by the stage of your project at the time of cancellation:
Full refund (less 10% processing fee) if cancelled within 24 hours of order placement, provided initial designs have not yet been delivered.
Full refund (less 10% service and processing fee) if requested before delivery of initial designs.
66% refund (less 10% service and processing fee) if requested within 48 hours of initial design delivery.
33% refund (less 10% service and processing fee) if requested between 48 and 120 hours of initial design delivery.
No refund after 120 hours of initial design delivery. If you have concerns, contact us and we will work to resolve them through revisions.
No refund after final files have been delivered.
No refund for website packages once development is complete or the website has been deployed live.
No refund if no action has been taken on your order for 30 days. Reactivation may be subject to a fee.
To request a refund, contact us at contact@codingloading.com with your order reference and reason for cancellation.
If a project is placed on hold and no communication is received for 45 days, the order will be considered inactive. Reactivation requires written notice and may be subject to an additional fee of $150 to restart the project.
Design deliverables are provided via email or your account area as specified in your order confirmation. All revision and refund policies are calculated from the date and time of delivery confirmation. We deliver customized design orders within 2 to 3 business days of receiving all required information from the client.
All designs are created based on the brief provided at the time of order. We conduct internal review before delivery to ensure quality and alignment with your specifications. Revisions within the agreed scope are provided until the brief requirements are met.
Coding Loading is only responsible for communications made through our official domain email addresses (ending in @codingloading.com) or phone numbers listed on our website. We are not liable for any correspondence from other addresses or numbers purporting to represent us.
Some features of our services may involve third-party platforms or tools. Use of those features may be subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties. We will identify relevant third-party terms where they apply to your engagement.
